Coway defines stakeholders as internal and external entities that influence its business activities. Coway segments them into seven groups for tailored engagement: customers, shareholders and investors, employees, partners, local communities, academia and media, and government. Communication channels designed to reflect the characteristics of each group are managed by dedicated units, through which Coway gathers diverse perspectives. By encouraging stakeholder participation and dialogue on key issues, Coway strengthens management transparency and builds cooperative relationships grounded in mutual trust.
