Title Get closer to customers through cultural marketing activities

The “3rd Gr Blue Festival,” a water culture event sponsored by that Woongjin Coway, was held in Jukdo beach of Yangyang from July 19 through 21.
 
The festival, which aims to announce the value of water through water-themed cultural activities, has a thread of connection with Woongjin Coway’s br value. It has been directed by a Hyun-seung Lee, a film director, in which a lot of celebrities including Joon-hoon Park, Da-hae Lee, Min-joon Kim, Hye-bin Chun as well as the CEO Hae-sun Lee participated.
 
At the festival, participants were able to have a variety of unusual experiences such as all-night screening. Particularly, some films including “Welcome to Guest House” “Jukdo Surfing Diary” with a background of Yangyang attracted much attention.
 
Woongjin Coway showcased a participatory program aimed at reducing dispensable product at the festival. Fore example, the company opened the “Re:Bottle Campaign Booth” where anyone can use return water bottles.
Other programs included painting the wall with visual image of water, cleaning up seashore, conducting flash mob based on surfing boards.
 
Hae-sun Lee, the CEO, said, “Our programs got positive responses in that participants were able to feel the value of water. We will continue to conduct diverse marketing activities to exp customer contact points to enhance consensus on our br philosophy, thereby solidifying our status as Korea’s representative water company.”
